Digital Debutants #1
During the workshops, students learn how to use their resources in everyday life, how to install applications, how to use Internet e-mail, what are internet sources, and how to organize work on a computer. ART + DESIGN + SCIENCE 2020 - "Worlds less travelled"
Science Now warmly invites you to the open lectures organised as part of ART+DESIGN+SCIENCE 2020. Next week we will host two outstanding speakers, Liam Young - architect, futurist, director of the Fiction & Entertainment programme at Sci-ARC University in Los Angeles, and Dan Hill - director of strategic design at the Swedish innovation agency VINNOVA and professor at UCL Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose. The main theme of the speeches will be urban infrastructure and its presence in cities, social systems and our imagination.

5G Techritory
5G Techritory is an event organised by the Electronic Communications Office of Latvia. It is an initiative intended to serve as a platform for the successful deployment and commercialisation of 5G technologies with an aim to support the societies, economies, and businesses. This year, 5G Techritory’s focus is retrospective, as encapsulated in the event name – “A year of 5G: Learning from experience, adjusting for the future”. After 12 months of tentative rollouts, 5G is struggling to deliver on the massive, industry-shifting expectations it produced. The 2-day event will be held virtually on a custom-built platform with key presentations live-streamed from the main stage in Riga.

Youth Krak Hack - First of all education! #2
The aim of the event is to increase the involvement of young people from various backgrounds in the active life of the City of Krakow. To increase the social competences of young people, especially such as: group work, creative problem solving, ability to present and communicate effectively. Additionally, it is important to increase the sense of influence of young people on their immediate surroundings, as well as to develop the ability to use the tool of social participation, including the knowledge of decision-making mechanisms in the City and democratic forms of influencing them.
